Monte dos Avos- Welcome to Monte dos Avos, which is located in the little town of Cumeada (Sao Bartholomeu de Messines) in Central Algarve, only 10 minutes from the historic center of Silves.
The villa was completed in July 2012 and totally restored and renovated. It is been rebuild from the ground up to provide a clean, functional and well equipped villa, on a plot of 2000 m2. The total build area is 275 m2. The architect kept some of the original details and transformed this farmhouse into a luxury villa, with lots of character. It is a place that is calm and relaxed and has a wide view; you can even see the sea. It is furnished and decorated to the highest standards, has a private pool and garden.
Ground floor:
-Main sitting room with fireplace and flat screen TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi Internet, CD-DVD-player.
-Well-equipped kitchen, provided with various household machines as coffee maker, juicer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker and oven. (Washing machine in the outside kitchen.)
-From the kitchen you enter the large covered terrace.
-The hall has a guest toilet and entrance to two twin bedrooms en-suite.
First Floor:
-Two bedrooms, one with double bed, both are en-suite and have a large sunny terrace with gorgeous sea views. All bathrooms are very nice decorated.
-The chosen furniture, bedding and decorations in the house are a mix of design and original pieces “farm house style”.
Outside:
Monte dos Avos has a private garden and pool area and separate BBQ. The pool dimensions are 8 x 4 meters, depth from 0,50 till 1,50.
The large covered terrace has table and chairs, for lunches and dinners, while enjoying the spectacular countryside views of the Algarve.
